Q: What's the solution if the audio output from the Bluetooth headset or speaker is intermittent or noisy?
A: There are many causes that would result in noise production in your Bluetooth headset or speakers. Please check the following causes and corresponding solutions.
Cause 1: You are too close to running wireless router, PC, microwave oven, refrigerator, other Bluetooth device, etc when you use Bluetooth device.
Solution: Wireless routers, PCs, microwave ovens, refrigerators and other devices emit radio waves. Bluetooth devices may be affected by these radio waves when there are multiple types of radio waves mixed. When using a Bluetooth device, keep away from wireless routers, PCs, microwaves, refrigerators , etc and turn off other Bluetooth device to avoid radio interference.
Cause 2: You have put the Bluetooth device in the pocket of your wearing clothes or bags while you are listening music through it.
Solution: This is because the body shields the Bluetooth device's Bluetooth antenna and acts a barrier to Bluetooth transmission. Place your Bluetooth device in a place that is free of obstructions.
Cause 3: The target Bluetooth device is too far from the music player (such as in different rooms).
Solution: The farther the Bluetooth headset / speaker are from the Bluetooth player, the worse the Bluetooth signal will be. Keep your Bluetooth headset / speakers and Bluetooth player as close as possible (within 10 meters in open space).
Cause 4: The Bluetooth player is placed in the protective box while playing music.
Solution: If the protective box is made of metallic material or a thick material, Bluetooth communication may be affected by these materials and the signal may be poor. Remove the Bluetooth player from the box.
Cause 5: System is not running smoothly.
Solution: Re-enable the Bluetooth function or reboot the player.
